Yesterday I celebrated my 31st birthday and I must say it was quite lovely. My birthday came complete with cake, flowers, shopping, a special dinner out, presents and family. What more could a girl ask for?

I received many lovely gifts and some of them were for things to do while we’re in Sydney; which by the way, we leave in just a few days! While there, we will enjoy seeing Mozart’s Magic Flute at the Sydney Opera House and Concussion at the Sydney Theatre Company. To top off our trip, we will be having a gorgeous dinner with stunning harbour views at Cafe Sydney on our last night in town. We will certainly be well feed and cultured during our trip as we plan on taking in a few more plays and indulging in some of our favorite Sydney eats. Thank you everyone for such special presents. You were seriously too kind.

On a related note, since I am the birthday girl I have declared this weekend to be a continuation of my birthday celebration. We will carry on tonight and all throughout the weekend simply because I can and I will.

Party on, lovlies!
